Authentic Rioja experience

Briones, considered one of the most beautiful villages in Spain, can be visited on foot in a few hours: stroll through its medieval old town, visit the Church of Nuestra Señora de la Asunción, the Plaza de España or enjoy the views of the Ebro Valley from its viewpoints.

One of the most special moments to visit it is during its Medieval Days, which are held every year on the third weekend of June and are declared a Festival of National Tourist Interest. During that weekend, the town is completely transformed, with performances, historical settings, and locals dressed in costumes, making it a unique experience.
